1. 適用範圍

本私隱政策說明我們如何處理你使用服務時提供或產生的個人資料。除非適用法律另有規定，本政策不適用於第三方直接向你收集的資料。

2. 我們收集的資料

視乎你使用的功能，我們可能收集或記錄：

• 帳戶及聯絡資料，例如姓名、帳戶名稱、電話號碼、電郵地址及你自願提供的資料；
• 你提交的內容，例如文字、訊息、圖片或其他上載資料；
• 服務使用及技術資料，例如登入及使用紀錄、IP 位址及為營運、保安或故障排除所需的資料；及
• 如你選用 Alipay 或其他可用付款服務，為完成付款所需的電話號碼、訂單資料及付款狀態／交易參考資料。

3. 使用資料的目的

我們會使用資料以提供及維持服務、建立及管理帳戶、處理及核實付款、回覆查詢及服務通知、編製整體使用統計資料、維持服務保安及履行適用法律義務。在符合適用法律及取得所需同意的情況下，我們亦可能就產品及服務向你發送直接市場推廣訊息；你可按訊息所載方式選擇停止接收。

4. 資料分享

我們可在提供服務所需的範圍內，向伺服器託管、資料庫、技術支援或付款服務供應商披露或讓其處理資料；亦可在法律要求、保障權利及安全、處理欺詐或保安事件，或經你同意時作出披露。第三方會按其本身的私隱政策處理其直接收集的資料。

5. 保存、保安及你的權利

我們只在提供服務、處理交易、履行法律義務、解決爭議及維持保安所需的期間保存個人資料。資料不再需要時，我們會在合理可行的情況下刪除或匿名化。我們採取合理的行政、技術及實體保安措施保護資料。

你可要求查閱、更正或刪除個人資料，或要求刪除帳戶；我們會先核實你的身分，並在合理期間內處理。法律、交易紀錄或防止欺詐需要保留的資料除外。

6. 政策更新

我們可不時更新本政策，並在本頁更新「最後更新」日期。重大變更將按適用法律提供額外通知。

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information you provide or generate when using the Services. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, this Policy does not apply to information collected directly from you by third parties.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on the features you use, we may collect or record:

• account and contact information, such as name, account name, telephone number, email address and information you voluntarily provide;
• content you submit, such as text, messages, images or other uploaded material;
• service-use and technical information, such as login and usage records, IP address and information needed for operation, security or troubleshooting; and
• if you use Alipay or another available payment service, telephone number, order information and payment-status or transaction-reference information needed to complete payment.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and maintain the Services, create and manage accounts, process and verify payments, respond to enquiries and service notices, compile aggregate usage statistics, maintain security and meet applicable legal obligations. Where permitted by applicable law and with any required consent, we may also send you direct-marketing messages about products and services; you may opt out by the method stated in the message.

4. Information Sharing

Where necessary to provide the Services, we may disclose or permit processing of information by hosting, database, technical-support or payment-service providers. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, to address fraud or security incidents, or with your consent. Third parties process information they collect directly under their own privacy policies.

5. Retention, Security and Your Rights

We retain personal information only for as long as needed to provide the Services, process transactions, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it where reasonably practicable. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of personal information, or deletion of your account. We will verify your identity and handle the request within a reasonable period, except where information must be retained for legal, transaction-record or fraud-prevention purposes.

6. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy from time to time and will update the “Last updated” date on this page. We will provide additional notice for material changes where required by applicable law.

1. 接受條款

下載、瀏覽、存取或使用服務，即表示你同意受本條款約束。如你不同意，請停止使用服務。

2. 帳戶及資料

如服務要求註冊，你必須提供真實、準確、最新及完整的資料，並妥善保管登入資料。你不得轉讓、出租、出借或讓他人使用你的帳戶；如發現帳戶遭未授權使用，請盡快通知我們。

3. 使用者內容

你保留你提交內容的權利，但授予我們在提供、維持及改善服務所需範圍內使用、儲存、處理及展示該內容的非專屬、免權利金許可。你確認已取得提交內容所需的權利及授權。

4. 禁止行為

你不得以違法、欺詐、侵權、騷擾、辱罵、歧視、色情、誤導或破壞保安的方式使用服務；不得未經同意收集他人資料、傳播惡意程式、干擾網絡或服務、擅自存取帳戶／資料，或妨礙其他使用者正常使用服務。

5. 第三方服務及付款

服務可能使用或連結第三方服務，包括付款服務。使用第三方服務須受其條款及私隱政策約束。如你選用 Alipay 或其他付款方式，付款資料將按完成交易所需的範圍交予相關付款服務供應商處理。

6. 服務變更及終止

我們可在合理情況下修改、暫停、限制或終止全部或部分服務，以進行保安、維護、修復、改善或符合法律要求。我們亦可在你違反本條款、法律或他人權利時暫停或終止你的存取權。

7. 知識產權

除你所提交內容外，服務內的軟件、文字、圖像、商標及其他內容由 WINGPRO 或其授權人擁有或獲准使用。未經書面許可，不得複製、修改、散布或作商業用途。

8. 適用法律

在適用法律允許的範圍內，本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄，相關爭議由香港特別行政區法院處理。

1. Acceptance

By downloading, browsing, accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.

2. Accounts and Information

Where registration is required, you must provide true, accurate, current and complete information and keep credentials secure. You must not transfer, rent, lend or permit others to use your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use.

3. User Content

You retain rights in content you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, process and display it as needed to provide, maintain and improve the Services. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, discriminatorily, sexually, deceptively or in a manner that infringes rights or compromises security. You must not collect another person’s data without consent, distribute malicious code, interfere with the network or Services, access accounts or data without authorisation, or disrupt other users’ normal use.

5. Third-Party Services and Payments

The Services may use or link to third-party services, including payment services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. If you use Alipay or another payment method, payment information will be provided to the relevant payment provider only as needed to complete the transaction.

6. Service Changes and Termination

We may reasonably modify, suspend, restrict or terminate all or part of the Services for security, maintenance, repair, improvement or legal-compliance reasons. We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these Terms, the law or another person’s rights.

7. Intellectual Property

Except for content you submit, software, text, images, trademarks and other materials in the Services are owned by or licensed to WINGPRO. They may not be copied, modified, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

8. Governing Law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and related disputes are subject to the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

服務按「現況」及「現有」基礎提供。在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不保證服務將不間斷、及時、安全、無錯誤、無病毒，或符合你的特定要求。
